Position Title: Administrative Assistant
General Purpose: Perform routine clerical and administrative work. Performs routine accounting functions for accounts receivable processing in an accurate and timely fashion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer invoicing and billing
Process lube shipments and consumption reports
Create purchase orders
Answer central telephone system and direct calls accordingly.
Scan receipts, and submit to corporate office weekly
Prepare outgoing mail; sort and distribute incoming mail
Coordinate company uniform program
Prepare weekly on call sheet
Prepare bi-weekly timesheets and distribute
Prepare required consumption reports
Receive the public and answer questions, in person and by telephone; respond to inquiries from employees and public, and refer when necessary, to appropriate person or department.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Excellent communication skills
High school diploma or GED required. Associates Degree preferred.
Two + years of experience in accounts receivable.
Five + years of experience in Administrative Support
Working experience in MS Office specifically MS Excel and Word.
